This is a phrase that I have heard in the beginning of this New Year 2008. And since I am writing the 1st blog entry for AS Manage Service, I thought of sharing this important and powerful phrase to encourage whoever is reading.
It is so true that many of us do not like changes. We prefer to be in our comfort zone, doing what we are comfortable of, don’t stir the water. But yet on the other hand, we want different results compared to before. How can that be? It would be insane to do the same things over and over again but expecting a different or better result.
So in this brand new year, if we want to achieve more than what we had last year, let’s be bold enough to take up the challenge and change. The only constant in life is change.
What can we cha
nge in this year?
1. Family – spend more time with our love ones, buy some nice gifts to appreciate our parents, bring our spouse for a romantic vacation.
2. Career – be more proactive in work, pick up a new skill, and be more diligent.
3. Health – exercise regularly, have a balance diet.
In closing, I want to encourage every member in my team to be a better person this year. Start to embrace change, for the better. I sincerely hope that all of us will be successful in all that we do and have a fulfilling year working together.

I was feeling stagnant abt 9mths ago - Wow! That's a full term for a lady who is carrying a child. Its time to deliver! Of course, I can't do that but I STEPPED OUT of my comfort zone and STEPPED INTO AS. Since then EverYdaY is not like the other, eVeRyDay I'm growing, metamorphosising - not yet like the beautiful butterfly in the picture but still hatching in the cocoon, waiting, waiting, knocking on the casing,my wings are slowly hardening, still persisting though no one helping. Keep on knocking & I know I will break the casing to finally EMERGE! I'm looking to my BREAKTHROUGH!
